What is your Warranty?
We proudly offer a full One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This means that if anything goes wrong with your Carepod under normal use during this period, we will replace the parts or the unit for free.
How do I clean my Carepod?
For a quick and easy clean, simply disassemble the three detachable components and wash them by hand with soap and water. For full sterilisation, boil them in water.
