Remove the water tank, stainless steel lid, and wand. You are now ready to clean.

Wash Or Boil To Sterilize

Wash the bottom part of the oscillator with soap and water. Fill the water tank with water. Boil 1-2 mins.

Refill & Enjoy

Dry and reattach the 3 pieces. Fill with distilled or filtered water and enjoy breathing fresh, clean air.

I had a different brand humidifier. It was difficult to clean and would get slimy. I threw it away. I purchased the Carepod with the mood lighting and the stand. I really love the ease of keeping it clean, sterilized and free of slime and mold. The design is very pleasing. Eventually, I will probably purchase another one for downstairs, and maybe a mini for the guestroom.

So I purchased my first one last winter season. I love it. So easy to use. This year I purchased two more - one more for us and one for my son's apartment. We are really enjoying our Carepod One! We made this investment for multiple reasons. When the air is dry, a humidifier can help a lot. In our case, it was important that we also were reducing extra pollutants into the air. We wanted to avoid dirty filters that had to be replaced, and mold issues from tanks you can't properly clean. The stainless steel basin is exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to clean, sanitize, fill, and use. I hope someday to purchase more for other areas of the house.
