Carepod Affiliate + Creator Standards
The Carepod Affiliate Program is built on authentic, trusted relationships with Creators who genuinely align with our brand values. These standards ensure that every partnership reflects Carepod’s commitment to quality, wellness, and transparency.
The following standards apply to all existing and newly onboarded affiliates, Creators, and influencers participating in the Carepod Affiliate Program. Failure to comply with any of the requirements below may result in suspension or termination of the partnership at Carepod’s sole discretion.
1. Authentic Engagement
All engagement — including likes, comments, and shares — must come from real, organically acquired audiences. The following are strictly prohibited and will be treated as non-compliance:

Participation in engagement groups, pods, or reciprocal influencer exchanges

Comment sections composed primarily of other influencers

Inflated engagement from accounts that appear inactive, spam-like, or otherwise illegitimate
Carepod reserves the right to audit engagement quality at any time. Any indication of inauthentic, coordinated, or artificially generated engagement may result in immediate suspension or removal from the program.
2. Organic Reach + Performance
Creative Work must demonstrate genuine reach and interaction prior to any paid amplification or boosting. Posts that rely primarily on artificial reach, excessive ad spend, or inorganic call-to-action tactics may be deemed non-compliant.
3. Brand Alignment
All Creative Work featuring Carepod products must remain consistent with Carepod’s established visual and editorial identity — including tone, lighting, mood, and positioning. Creative Work that does not align with Carepod’s wellness-focused messaging, premium aesthetic, or professional presentation standards may be rejected or require revision.
4. Accuracy + Compliance
All Creative Work must accurately represent Carepod products, including their intended use, features, and benefits. Exaggerated, misleading, or unverified claims are strictly prohibited. Any Creative Work found to be misleading, non-factual, or in violation of platform or advertising regulations may be subject to removal. Creators may be required to edit or retract non-compliant Creative Work at Carepod’s request.
5. Review + Enforcement
Carepod retains full authority to:

Review Creator Creative Work and performance at any time

Request revisions, pause activity, or revoke affiliate privileges without prior notice
Carepod may periodically review performance and provide constructive feedback to help Creators meet our shared standards.
Carepod will not be held legally responsible in any way for Creative Work that fails to adhere to these guidelines, including any regulatory or reputational consequences arising from non-compliant posts.
Carepod additionally reserves the right to terminate participation in the program in cases of disrespectful or unprofessional conduct toward Carepod staff, representatives, or community members.
6. Re-Evaluation + Future Eligibility
Creators who are not accepted into the Carepod Affiliate Program, or whose partnership is paused or terminated due to non-compliance, may be eligible to re-apply after demonstrating improvement or alignment with program standards.
To be considered for re-evaluation:

A minimum waiting period of 90 days must pass from the date of rejection or suspension.

Creators must submit new, original Creative Work that reflects Carepod’s brand tone, wellness-focused aesthetic, and authentic audience engagement.

Any prior issues (e.g., inauthentic engagement, misrepresentation, or inconsistent brand alignment) must be fully resolved.
Carepod reserves the right to determine eligibility for re-entry at its sole discretion.
By participating in the Carepod Affiliate Program, Creators acknowledge and agree to uphold these standards in good faith to ensure mutual success and brand integrity.

So far so good! I have a wood stove to heat the house and it can drop the humidity in the house way too low. With my Carepod it has been steady right around 50% which makes all the difference.

We are really enjoying our Carepod One! We made this investment for multiple reasons. When the air is dry, a humidifier can help a lot. In our case, it was important that we also were reducing extra pollutants into the air. We wanted to avoid dirty filters that had to be replaced, and mold issues from tanks you can't properly clean. The stainless steel basin is exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to clean, sanitize, fill, and use. I hope someday to purchase more for other areas of the house.
Super easy to setup. Whisper quiet fan. The water gurgles a bit, unexpected, but it’s a very soothing sound to sleep to actually. Works wonderfully! Woke up without dry eyes and congestion for first time in a long time . Love it!

My daughter recommended this humidifier and I’m really happy she did. I have had it for about a week now and when I wake up, I no longer have a dry scratchy throat. What I like about it. It’s so easy to clean. It puts the perfect amount of humidity into the air.
This is what the standard should be in the entire humidifier industry. This is a homerun. Get one, you won't regret it!
Works well
This is my 3rd CarePod. I received my first one as a gift from my daughter and I have added others so my entire house is covered. I love the ease of filling and especially cleaning the carepod.
It works as advertised. Unfortunately, we had to test warrantee support. Fortunately, the support was quite good. Would I buy it again? Yes. Recommended!

I was so fed up with cleaning my other machine from build up. So I went ahead and purchased this. Super simple set up. During the winter the air is dry and we also have a fireplace in our house. This helps keeps moisture in the air. I love walking by it in my house and taking a deep breath in. I love how quiet it is. I love that you can choose the mist setting and choose warm or cool mist makes a huge difference (especially when your sick), having a timer is awesome but I run it all day and only have to fill it once. The red light indicator tells me when water is low. The size is perfect and it really can be a conversation piece. This sits on a side table in my living room and keeps our house from dry air and I’m sure I will be purchasing another one in the future. The benefits with allergies, sickness and overall health……. I’m very thankful finally I have something that I can trust and is worth every penny.

Easy to clean and quiet
This is my second one and I love how easy it is to care for.
We burn wood. Our home gets extremely dry. Carepod took the humidity in our home from below 30 to 40 % making it much more comfortable. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my daughter’s home.
Love that it’s stainless steel and easy to maintain
This is a great little humidifier. I have a special-needs child, and the humid air helps her breathing at night. The pitcher holds 1/2 gallon of distilled water, and functions like a an essential oil diffuser - there's visible mist. It's pretty cool. Light weight. Looks nice. Does what it says it will do. 2 thumbs up!

The design of Carepod is elegant fits like a modern piece of furniture. Operation is simple and easy to use. The stainless steel vessel can’t say enough about how much this is an important feature of the design. Cleaning is super easy with no messy filter to change.
Best on the market. The price is RIDICULOUS but compared to what you get with other products, this is the top of the line. Sleeping great!

It’s perfect! I love how there is no filter to change and it is so easy to clean- probably my fave part is the fact I know how easy it is to clean and I can rest easy knowing that it’s not hiding or growing any yucky stuff!
We bought the Carepod over a year ago, and were hoping that the stand would be available for purchase, on its own. The Carepod is now more secure in whatever room we choose to put it in. It is a solid stand and very sturdy.
