Shipping policy

We want you to be happy with your Carepod products and offer returns on orders 30 days after they are shipped. If for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase contact us at support@hellocarepod.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right. The 30-day window begins on the day the product is shipped and returns must be received within 60 days after return label instructions are issued to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us, unused or in the same condition that you received it and require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund any donations made to non-profit partners.

 

When will my order ship?

We typically ship 1 - 2 business days after we receive your order. If you place your order before 2PM EST, it will ship out the same day. If you place your order after 2PM EST, it will ship out the next day.

 

Where do you ship?

Carepod currently ships to the following countries;

 • United States (Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

 • Canada

We don't have specific timing on shipping to other countries just yet, but hope to offer that to customers soon!

 

How do I get a new return label?

E-mail us at support@hellocarepod.com to receive a new return label.(for US residents only) Make sure to include "Return Label for Order No." and your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.

 

How do I return my order?

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your products. To return your order, e-mail us at support@hellocarepod.com with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.

 

When will I see my refund?

Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5 - 7 days after we've received and processed your return.

 

How do I track my order?

Go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped. Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an e-mail with your tracking information so you'll have it on hand.
