Was in the market for non-toxic humidifiers and kept coming back to this one. It does the job well, very simplistic design, and made of stainless steel. Also very easy to clean. Id say the one knock is the high price but worth it for the quality in my opinion.
I love the product and it’s the best humidifier. I’ve tried 4 different ones and this one is the easiest to use. ALTHOUGH, big but, the wand breaks every once in a while so you gotta have replacements ready but it’s because ours is on non stop. 1 for each kid and our room since our area is so dry my kids have nose bleeds. So since it’s literally on 24/7 some maintainance is to be expected. we’ve only had 1 break out of 3 so far after 3 years of continual use. So not bad. Would buy again.
I got the Carepod because of the stainless steel bowl (not plastic and v easy to clean). I upgraded so I could run it on auto at night (with no device lights) and it works great. My only complaint is how much water remains when it registers as needing water and how often they recommend changing the water. It's wasteful. So, I change it about every four days, give or take and make my own distilled water. It's easy to use, clean, and looks great. Definitely recommend.
I love how easy it is to use and sanitize especially if you have allergies and live in a dry climate. The only disappointment is that both units quit working within one year of use; however, the customer service is superb with easy warrant claim submission and fast shipping times.
Fabulous! Despite its compact size, it delivers impressive performance and has made a noticeable difference in my home. I was waking up every night with a dry cough, even though I wasn't sick. The carpod is easy to clean and puts out far more mist than the other humidifiers I have used. I do have to put it quite high in the air or the humidity gets the bed covers very wet.

Wash the wand by hand with soap and water. Fill the water tank with filtered water and place the stainless steel lid cover inside. Boil 1-2 minutes for 99.9% sterilization.
