Dry skin and allergy issues caused me to pull the humidifier out sooner than usual this year. Last year we got a Carepod Cube for our living room and loved it so I decided to ditch the old unit we had in the bedroom which was a nightmare to clean and got another Carepod. Trust me when I say, these are the easiest to care for and control! Highly recommend them to everyone looking for a worry-free healthy solution when purchasing a humidifier.
Customer Service promptly replied to my submission regarding a broken Oscillator. Within 48 hours I received confirmation that the replacement part would be processed and it shipped. More companies should stand behind the quality of their products and provide customer service like Carepod.
Had a great experience I love this humidifier, it’s so easy to clean and works so well. Also when there was an issue with it I had no issue getting a replacement their warranty is fantastic and the staff are great to work with!

It is a great humidifier. I had another one for two years and I took it apart to clean it and was not able to put it back together again. So I bought another one! So I love the humidifier.
the humidifiers work great. I live in a super-dry climate and run them flat out. when a part failed, the nice Carepod people quickly shipped me a replacement and we were back in business.

I bought a Carepod+ earlier this year and absolutely loved it. I ended up needing a replacement though, and the customer support team was the most attentive and quick I have ever worked with. I had such a wonderful experience, even as we tried to troubleshoot, and then returning the old unit and getting the new. 10/10 experience and I will always recommend Carepod!
Such a thoughtful design! Very easy to clean and refill. I really like the warm mist feature. We immediately noticed an improvement in our sleep.
I also appreciate that it’s very very quiet. I can’t stand noise at night. The max setting does make a somewhat noticeable dripping sound if you are sensitive to noise. I ended up running the humidifier on the lower setting which still works great and is nearly silent. Completely eliminated my dry eyes and sinuses.
Also, the humidifier is heavy. I ended buying a small cart from IKEA so I could move it around more easily.
Love that it’s stainless steel, it really pumps if you want it to. Also, thrilled there is ZERO mold and it looks super chic in my daughter’s room. It is fairly large, but worth it! Very happy overall :)

Absolutely love this humidifier! It’s so easy to disassemble and clean which is exactly what I was looking for. I love that the mist travels “forward” instead of upward so it doesn’t settle on the dresser where we have it placed. Overall, a great purchase and I would highly recommend it!
