This unit works very well service was great . Still have to push rubber plate holder up tight every once in awaile and feel this problem has to be addressed my own fix to problem at least stops it from falling down but not the cure. When you fix this problem let me know and will buy a table unit for bedroom and save me from moving it every morning and night..

I’m beyond disappointed. I bought this humidifier on January 2025, and it worked beautifully at first—but then it broke. I did all the troubleshooting I could find online and contacted customer support. They sent me a replacement oscillator, but it didn’t work at all. Now, I’m out of warranty, and they won’t offer any solution. I feel like I wasted my money on a product I really loved—until it failed. I’m so sad and let down by this whole experience.

This is the BEST Humidifier. Have has ours for over two years. It is easy to keep clean and works beautifully. Living in the VERY dry State of Colorado the Carepod has improved our indoor air considerably. Now if we could just get some moisture outside that would be perfect. ;-)

I was skeptical when I saw the Carepod advertised. Over the years, I have purchased many humidifiers for my home. I do not have one attached to our furnace, and I always hated cleaning them because they had to be done often. I purchased two Carepods and couldn't be happier. Such a simple setup and cleaning is a breeze. I had an issue with one of the wands, and customer service sent me a replacement in no time at all. Customer service also followed up several times to make sure the delivery was complete. I am completely satisfied with their products.

Replacement part for the one that broke. It works well. I just hope it doesn’t break like the last one, which ended up getting water inside it. The company said my warranty doesn't start over, so if this wand breaks after my warranty, even if the wand itself didn't last 2 years, they would not replace it, so I'm a bit worried, especially since I think one of the reasons it might have broke is because of the warm mist function. Maybe the water just gets too hot for that plastic wand.

Although I love my Carepod getting a replacement part was a nightmare. The part was lost in transit by UPS. I understand that this happens. The problem was the consistent trying of getting the part resent. Traces and claims were done but in the meantime even though I requested several times for another to be sent out in a priority fashion it took several weeks, close to a month, to finally get one. I ordered near the end of January and finally received one beginning of March. I explained how much this humidifier helps my migraines and although it was acknowledged it did not create any sort of a sense of urgency on your part.
I absolutely love the Carepod and would recommend to others but the customer service could certainly be improved upon.

This is the 3rd oscillator. So far this one is working fine - it has been 2 weeks since I received and started using. The first one arrived defective (it's obvious it was already used since it had water in the wand from the start); the 2nd collected water in the area that causes it to stop working after 6 weeks. So, we shall see if this one lasts. It appears to be a design defect. Other than that - I love the water chamber - easy to fill and clean, puts out a nice mist - though I wish I could add my essential oils directly for better effect. The company has been very good with providing the replacement wand each time.
