Oscillator for AU (replacement part for Carepod One MS031S2)

Previous wand was showing low water indicator almost half way of the tank. The new one uses almost all of the water content. I am happy with the replacement.

This part lasted only a month before going out. THis is our second replacement wand since the original in 2024. The first replacement wand lasted only a year.

We are huge fans of the carepod cube! We have had the carepod one in our bedroom for years, but decided to get the carepod cube for our children because you can do warm or cool mist which is perfect for all the seasons. I have worked with customer service a couple of times and have been very impressed with their prompt response and willingness to assist. The best part is how easy these are to clean!

This worked great for about 3 days until this black epoxy stuff started leaking and now the unit quit working completely. Complete garbage product.

My CarePod was under warrantee when the oscillator got damaged through what seemed like regular use. The support was fast, educational, and effective. This is effectively a 10 cent part. I can accept that it should need to be replaced OCCASIONALLY, but our unit has required 2 of these to be replaced within 6 months. Given the exorbitant replacement cost, I am sincerely doubting my overall (significant) Carepod purchase decision. Edit: the replacement wand has failed within 3 months.

The replacement functions just fine.

I’ll have to let you know more once I have more time with the replacement arm. Reviews say the replacement arms aren’t very good and break quickly- I hope not!

This unit works very well service was great . Still have to push rubber plate holder up tight every once in awaile and feel this problem has to be addressed my own fix to problem at least stops it from falling down but not the cure. When you fix this problem let me know and will buy a table unit for bedroom and save me from moving it every morning and night..

Easy swap, polite & quick service

I’m beyond disappointed. I bought this humidifier on January 2025, and it worked beautifully at first—but then it broke. I did all the troubleshooting I could find online and contacted customer support. They sent me a replacement oscillator, but it didn’t work at all. Now, I’m out of warranty, and they won’t offer any solution. I feel like I wasted my money on a product I really loved—until it failed. I’m so sad and let down by this whole experience.

This is the BEST Humidifier. Have has ours for over two years. It is easy to keep clean and works beautifully. Living in the VERY dry State of Colorado the Carepod has improved our indoor air considerably. Now if we could just get some moisture outside that would be perfect. ;-)
