For a quick and easy clean, wash only the bottom half of the white wand using mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Do not wash the top half, where the wand plugs into the inner lid of your Carepod. Fully dry it before putting it back or storing it when not in use.

Went to the website to find out how to order a replacement part for our dehumidifier. It wasn't completely clear how to do this, so I sent an email to Support. Getting the replacement wand fixed all the issues I was having. I’m also following the advice as to how to better care for the machine. After each night I remove the wand and dry it off. The carepod that I purchase several years ago stopped working and was out of warranty range. I did all the things that they recommended and even bought a new oscillator. Nothing helped. Then they sent me a new motor piece for the price of shipping and refunded the oscillator and that worked. It took several months to get to this point but overall the service was helpful and it beats spending another $150 on a new machine. The machine works well and is easy to clean.

I bought the Carepod Mini back around the holidays. I love it - works better than any other humidifier I have purchased. I did go to clean it for the first time and the wand stopped working. I contacted Customer Service and tried to get some answers. I was missing using it so much in dry Texas, I had to purchase another wand to see if that was the issue. Be very communicative to customers how to properly clean the device. Wasn't expecting to have to buy a new wand so early but glad it's back in business.
