I received the mini carepod. I had a few things wrong with it at first . The arm had water in it and wasn't producing mist. carepod sent me a new arm. Then there was so much mist that my bed coverings and my hardwood floor were damp and wet. I emailed carepod both time and were so nice and very helpful. I received an entire new carepod and have been happy ever since. Very easy to deal with and the customer service is well knowledged.
I absolutely love having the humidifier when I come home from dog sitting! It arrived right before I left on a dogsit, so I got to use it the first night I was home. I woke up and didn't waste 5 tissues clearing out my nose! My dry skin / eczema hasn't been has bad since I started using it either; though it must be said that I live in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona.

I LOVEEEEEEEEE our carepod mini humidifier. I was going to get the regular one but after reading what was best for a babies I decided the mini was the best for his size room. The humidifier works amazing! In one day it had already made a difference in his room. I have owned plenty of humidifiers and this one takes the cake! It’s very easy to fill with water, it works really well, I love how strong all three levels are, and most of all how easy it is to clean! I leave my son’s humidifier running all day so I add distilled water throughout the day. I put it on the strongest level when my son is asleep and the lowest when he’s not. Because I leave it on all day I wash it twice a week. The carepod mini humidifier is so great I’m going to buy one for my room. I’m very glad I made this purchase! Especially now that my son is sick! I truly believe it has completely helped it the most! It is mini but definitely mighty! Eventually I’ll get the regular size one for the living room!
