Influencer Agreement

Thank you for your interest in joining the community at Carepod US, Inc. (“Carepod”). Below is a document that clarifies the terms under which You, the person listed below, may create and post material on your social media profiles that share your experience with Carepod products (“Creative Work”) in exchange for affiliate commission. We appreciate your participation in our community, and your help in spreading the word to your audiences about happier living through better breathing!

In consideration for affiliate payments related to your Creative Work, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


  1. The term “Creative Work” means all of the material created and posted to your social media profiles sharing Carepod products in exchange for a related commission through your affiliate link. 
  2. You agree to the following duties: 
    • Create and share Creative Work in the form of the following: 1 Instagram Reel + 1 Instagram Story that is shared to your Instagram account, featuring Carepod product or products.
    • Include, when sharing: 
      1. Mention of @hellocarepod 
      2. Use of hashtags: #mycarepod 
      3. Affiliate URL or code, provided by us
      4. Disclosure: Such disclosure methods may include hashtags such as #sponsored, #promo, #ad.
    • Submit photo(s) and video(s) to community@hellocarepod.com or upload directly to our provided Dropbox folder. 
    • Submit a screenshot of the statistics featuring the impressions and clicks produced by each post or story to community@hellocarepod.com.
  3. You will receive a free Carepod humidifier gift. Compensation will be paid out to you as per agreed percentage of sales generated through your personalized affiliate code and/or affiliate link. 
  4. Creative Work must be original and compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platforms used. You agree to remove and take down any materials that violate brand guidelines or standards. 
  5. You agree that nothing contained in this Agreement shall be taken to establish any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. 
  6. You are granted the right to use and publish Creative Work for marketing purposes; and the right to perform the services publicly. We retain the right to use and re-share the Creative separately on our own channels for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, email, and social media. 
  7. You agree to treat private information such as strategies, PR and campaign and content plans, that may be provided by us during the term of this Agreement as strictly confidential. All such confidential information exchanged between us, shall be used solely for the purposes of rendering services pursuant to this Agreement and, shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of either of us.
  8. In no event will you or Carepod have any liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort or any other theory of liability.
